We continue to monitor the situation concerning COVID-19 and are making regular adjustments to our operational  protocols based on the most recent information available. Increased Sanitization

We have increased frequency of sanitization in all areas of the hotel, with special attention on high touch points such as door handles, common areas, etc.

Complimentary Breakfast

We have temporarily discontinued our buffet-style complimentary breakfast and have items available on a grab-and-go basis only from 6am to 10am. Guests are now permitted to sit and eat in the breakfast area and self-serve coffee and water also available.

Physical Distancing & Good Hygiene

Please maintain a distance of 2 meters from other hotel guests and staff. Guests are no longer required to wear non-medical facial mask coverings, but are strongly recommended. 

Fitness Centre – Proof of Vaccination Required

The Fitness Centre is now open. Access is limited to one guest or party (individuals staying in same room) at a time, and the key may be picked up at the Front Desk. Please note that as per Government of NL regulations effective Oct. 22/21, proof of full vaccination (app, letter or QR code) and ID is required to access fitness centre. Vaccination status will be checked by Guest Services Agent at Front Desk upon pickup of Fitness Centre key.

Hotel Shuttle Service

Our shuttle service is available on demand between 8 am and 5 pm, Monday to Friday. Early mornings, evenings and weekend shuttle service for groups of 3 or more is based on availability. To reserve a pick-up or drop off please contact Guest Services at the Front Desk or request ride when making your reservation. It is required that all passengers wear non-medical facial mask coverings while in the shuttle if social distancing cannot be maintained. Guests must disinfect their hands with hand sanitizer (provided) upon entry. Only one person/party can be seated per row of seats. The shuttle is cleaned regularly.

Travellers from outside of Newfoundland and Labrador *Updated*

Atlantic Canada: Permanent residents of Atlantic Canada who have not travelled beyond Atlantic Canada in the last 14 days are not required to self-isolate or be tested for COVID-19, regardless of vaccination status.

Rest of Canada: Fully vaccinated travellers outside the Atlantic Bubble are not required to self-isolate; partially vaccinated travellers are required to be tested within 72 hours of arrival to NL or be tested upon arrival to NL and self-isolate until receipt of a negative test.   Unvaccinated travellers are required to self -isolate for 14 days upon arrival and be tested during their 14-day self-isolation period.

We are unable to provide accommodations to those needing to isolate.  If you have a travel exemption, proof of exemption is required prior to check-in. Please visit www.gov.nl.ca/covid-19/ for a full list of travel criteria.

Our room was a king suite and it was incredibly clean and spacious. The shower was amazing – stand up stall with tons of different jets and even a seat! Complimentary breakfast was perfect for our needs – bagels, cereal, coffee, juice, etc.

Very modern and clean accommodations in a central location. The suites were lovely, large kitchenettes, multiple bedrooms, sofa beds etc. Staff was super helpful. Managed to squeeze me into a blocked schedule.

My father and I stayed here on a drive on the Trans-Labrador Highway in May 2016. we were very pleased with our room: a large executive guest room with two beds and a refrigerator, on the ground floor.

I’ve tried to book here in the past but it’s always full! Now I know why, it’s a perfect place for business travellers. Rooms are modern with large soaker tub. Very comfortable. Lady at the front desk is a sweetheart.
