Dear Royal Guests:

We continue to monitor the situation concerning COVID-19 and are making regular adjustments to our operational protocols based on the most recent information available. We remain open with increased sanitation and protection measures in place to ensure the health and safety of our guests and staff. We continue to follow all advice set out by the Government of NL Chief Medical Officer. With Newfoundland and Labrador currently at Alert Level 2 and with the establishment of the Atlantic Canada Bubble, please note the following:

Increased Sanitization
We have increased frequency of sanitation in all areas of the hotel, with special attention on high touch points such as door handles, common areas, etc. We have removed all paper materials, accent bedding and accent pillows from all rooms to allow for proper sanitization. If you require assistance, please dial 0 from your room phone.

Complimentary Breakfast
We have temporarily discontinued our buffet-style complimentary breakfast and have items available on a grab-and-go basis only from 6am to 10am. Guests are not permitted to sit and eat in the breakfast area.

Physical Distancing & Good Hygiene
Please maintain a distance of 2 meters from other hotel guests and staff. If physical distancing is not possible, it is rec-ommend to wear a cloth mask. Also practice good hygiene by washing your hands frequently and coughing or sneezing into a tissue or your elbow.

Maintenance & Housekeeping Requests
Please note that only urgent maintenance requests will be addressed while a guest is checked into a room. Guests will be asked to temporarily leave the room before any urgent maintenance work can be completed. Housekeepers will also not enter a room while a guest is present.

Fitness Centre
The Fitness Centre is now open. Access is limited to one guest or party (individuals staying in same room) at a time, and the key may be picked up at the Front Desk.

Hotel Shuttle Service
Our shuttle service is available on demand between 8 am and 5 pm, Monday to Friday. Early mornings, evenings and weekend shuttle service for groups of 3 or more is based on availability. To reserve a pick-up or drop off please contact Guest Services at the Front Desk or request ride when making your reservation. It is required that all passengers wear non-medical masks while in the shuttle and that they disinfect their hands with hand sanitizer (provided) upon entry. Only one person/party can be seated per row of seats. The shuttle is cleaned regularly and Guests must load and unload their own luggage.

Travelling from outside of Atlantic Canada
Anyone arriving from outside of Atlantic Canada, regardless of location, must self-isolate for 14 days. Individuals are required to travel directly to their place of self-isolation and not permitted to stop anywhere. Because of these requirements, we are unable to provide accommodations to those needing to isolate for the safety and protection of our guests and our staff.

Our room was a king suite and it was incredibly clean and spacious. The shower was amazing – stand up stall with tons of different jets and even a seat! Complimentary breakfast was perfect for our needs – bagels, cereal, coffee, juice, etc.

All the staff are very helpful. I had a standard room. It was clean, warm and comfortable and I was surprised to find some nice little extras such as a coffee machine, a toaster and a table chairs.

Very modern and clean accommodations in a central location. The suites were lovely, large kitchenettes, multiple bedrooms, sofa beds etc. Staff was super helpful. Managed to squeeze me into a blocked schedule.

I’ve tried to book here in the past but it’s always full! Now I know why, it’s a perfect place for business travellers. Rooms are modern with large soaker tub. Very comfortable. Lady at the front desk is a sweetheart.
