Dear Royal Guests,
We continue to monitor the situation concerning COVID-19 and are making regular adjustments to our operational protocols based on the most recent information available. We remain open for business with increased sanitation and protection measures in place to ensure the health and safety of our guests and staff. We continue to follow all advice set out by the Government of NL Chief Medical Officer of Health. Considering the current situation, we have made the following changes:
We have increased frequency of sanitation in all areas of the hotel, with special attention on high touch points such as door handles, common areas, etc.
Hotel Shuttle Service
Please note that our complimentary guest shuttle service has been suspended until further notice.
Please note the Fitness Centre is closed until further notice as required by the Chief Medical Officer of Health.
We ask guests to not allow visitors in their hotel room at this time. We must all do our part to help flatten the curve.
Travelling from outside of Newfoundland & Labrador
The province of Newfoundland and Labrador has mandated that anyone arriving from outside the province, regardless of location, must self-isolate for 14 days. Individuals are required to travel directly to their place of self-isolation and not permitted to stop anywhere. Because of these requirements, we are unable to provide accommodations to those returning from out of the province for the safety and protection of our guests and our staff.
Following the advice set out by the Provincial Chief Medical Officer, we have temporarily discontinued our buffet-style complimentary breakfast and have items available on a grab-and-go basis only from 7am to 10am. Guests are not permitted to sit and eat in the breakfast dining area.
