Royal Inn + Suites is pleased to offer the Komatik Conference Room – a fresh, modern and customizable meeting facility located just 0.3 KM from our hotel. This is an ideal space for inspiring boardroom meetings, staff training, social receptions, and other events.

Catering & Capacity

Our professional staff provides excellent service including catering and set-up to make sure your event goes off without a hitch. The space is 932 square feet, with ergonomic seating for 20 people in a boardroom setup.

The Komatik Conference Room provides a state-of-the-art multimedia presentation system, a sound system with wireless mic, whiteboard wall, fibre Internet, as well as a fully-equipped kitchenette. All rentals include our freshly-ground custom coffee, Mamattuk Roast, as well as tea and filtered water.

Our conference room has been designed to handle a variety of configurations, from round table discussions, to lectures and seminars. Our catering services feature our custom coffee roast, Mamattuk Blend, as well as a variety of snacks and locally-baked goods.

The staff are great! The rooms are very comfortable and clean. Conveniently located. Tasty locally baked fresh breads, muffins and the Royal’s very own coffee blend is a great starter to the day. An easy place to stay for business or pleasure!!!!

All the staff are very helpful. I had a standard room. It was clean, warm and comfortable and I was surprised to find some nice little extras such as a coffee machine, a toaster and a table chairs.

I’ve tried to book here in the past but it’s always full! Now I know why, it’s a perfect place for business travellers. Rooms are modern with large soaker tub. Very comfortable. Lady at the front desk is a sweetheart.

Very modern and clean accommodations in a central location. The suites were lovely, large kitchenettes, multiple bedrooms, sofa beds etc. Staff was super helpful. Managed to squeeze me into a blocked schedule.

Our room was a king suite and it was incredibly clean and spacious. The shower was amazing – stand up stall with tons of different jets and even a seat! Complimentary breakfast was perfect for our needs – bagels, cereal, coffee, juice, etc.
