As the situation around novel coronavirus (also known as COVID-19) continues to evolve, we are doing everything we can to ensure your travel safety and provide maximum reservation flexibility. We remain open and have increased our sanitization protocols for all areas of the hotel, while continuing to monitor and follow advice set out by the Government of NL Chief Medical Officer. Considering the most recent update, we have made the following additional changes:
Hotel Shuttle Service
Please note that our complimentary guest shuttle service has been suspended until further notice.
Usage of our onsite fitness centre will be limited to one guest at a time until further notice. There are sanitary wipes available to clean the equipment before and after use, and we have increased the frequency of equipment cleaning by our Housekeeping staff.
Following the advice set out by the Provincial Chief Medical Officer during the March 17, 2020 update, we have made some changes to our self-serve breakfast. Cut fruit and hard-boiled eggs will no longer be available, and all guests are asked to use hand sanitizer before picking up their breakfast.
Our hotel remains open and ready to serve you with increased sanitization measures and we are following all recommendations set out by health officials. We appreciate your patience and support as we all work though this unprecedented situation together.
